Catch 22 is recruiting a Senior Facilities/Property Manager for a part-time, 2 days per week, hybrid role across sites in Welwyn, Bedford, Luton, Oxford and Bristol. The role includes managing a small team of site facilities managers and acting as the senior liaison for stakeholders and contractors within a NHS portfolio.
Travel costs are covered and site visits are required. Essential IOSH or NEBOSH certification; IWFM or RICS qualifications are preferred.
