Client-Side Asset Manager

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving the performance of a diverse commercial portfolio. Working closely with leasing, development, property management and finance teams, you'll identify opportunities to maximise value, improve income and deliver long-term asset strategies.

• Developing and implementing asset management strategies across the portfolio.
• Driving rental growth through lease renewals, regears and asset repositioning.
• Identifying value‑add opportunities including refurbishment, redevelopment and change of use.
• Managing leasing initiatives alongside external agents.
• Preparing financial appraisals, business plans and investment recommendations.
• Monitoring asset performance against budgets and business plans.
• Building strong relationships with occupiers, consultants and professional advisors.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider strategic projects.

• Experience in commercial asset management, surveying or property investment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience managing landlord‑owned commercial assets.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify and deliver opportunities.
