The RoleReporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving the performance of a diverse commercial portfolio. Working closely with leasing, development, property management and finance teams, you'll identify opportunities to maximise value, improve income and deliver long-term asset strategies.
- Developing and implementing asset management strategies across the portfolio.
- Driving rental growth through lease renewals, regears and asset repositioning.
- Identifying value‑add opportunities including refurbishment, redevelopment and change of use.
- Managing leasing initiatives alongside external agents.
- Preparing financial appraisals, business plans and investment recommendations.
- Monitoring asset performance against budgets and business plans.
- Building strong relationships with occupiers, consultants and professional advisors.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider strategic projects.
We're looking for an ambitious property professional who enjoys taking ownership and wants to be part of a business that's actively growing.
- Experience in commercial asset management, surveying or property investment.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience managing landlord‑owned commercial assets.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify and deliver opportunities.
