Our Bristol Property Asset Management team is looking to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to support the management of a diverse regional commercial property portfolio across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to join a high-performing team within one of the UK’s leading property consultancies. The role sits within our PAM South team, which operates as one team across Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham, with this position based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will manage a predominantly commercial portfolio, with a strong weighting towards office assets, while also gaining exposure to industrial, retail and leisure properties. The role is very much focused on day-to-day commercial property management, supporting a range of clients, many of whom are asset managers, by delivering proactive, practical and high-quality property management advice. We are looking for someone with solid commercial property management experience who enjoys being close to the assets, clients and occupiers, and who is comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities across a varied portfolio.

Working as part of a collaborative regional team, you will provide proactive property management services across a broad commercial portfolio, with assets located primarily across Bristol and the South West. There may also be a requirement to support assets slightly further afield depending on client and portfolio needs.
