Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Commissioning Manager for Operational Real Estate to lead strategic management of its £521m portfolio. You will drive estate strategies, oversee valuations, landlord/tenant matters and compliance, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Asset Management Plan and Medium Term Financial Strategy.
You will manage the Strategic Estates function, including partners and project managers, using data to inform decisions and reporting to corporate boards.
