Real Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Real Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations, management, and growth of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all legal requirements.

• Manage residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully occupied
• Handle tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, lease agreements, and renewals
• Oversee property marketing, listings, and leasing activities
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations
• Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor market trends to recommend rental pricing and investment strategies

• Proven experience in real estate or property management
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and property regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
