Job Description Join Taylors in Downend , part of Connells Group, as a Lettings Negotiator . You’ll help tenants find their next home and build strong relationships with landlords. Help tenants find their next home and landlords find the right tenants. You’ll:
Generate new business and book rental valuations Show prospective tenants around properties Negotiate rental terms and agree lets Keep landlords and tenants updated through to move-in
