Dex Lab at Imperial College London seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to lead projects on dexterous manipulation, robot foundation models, and learning from human demonstrations using Sharpa Wave hands and UR7e arms.
You will conduct original research at the intersection of robot learning, vision, and control, develop novel policies for high‑DoF hands, validate them on real hardware, and publish in top venues such as CVPR, NeurIPS, and ICLR.
