We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Porter to help ensure the smooth running of operations  role is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) and is a contract position.

• Assist in keeping the lobby and other public areas clean and tidy
• Help housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff set up rooms or move furniture
• Handle reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
• Respond to customer requests where required
• Run errands
• Ensure the safety of customers by placing and removing signage that indicates wet floors or painting

• Be adaptable and easily embrace changing priorities
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
• Have experience delivering high quality customer care
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers
• Possess the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
