Position Overview

As a Continental Chef, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, manage a diverse team, and design innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and seasonal ingredients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, training staff, and collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

This role is ideal for chefs with supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in European cuisine—especially those with experience working with fresh dough pizza.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient food production
  • Develop and design menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working order
  • Work with fresh dough pizza and contribute to menu innovation
  • Uphold high standards of presentation, flavor, and consistency in all dishes
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience supervising kitchen teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
