, including small plates & sharing boards and our upstairs elevated restaurant
, serving daily brunch, lunch, and dinner

• Run all sections confidently: meat, fish, and sauce
• Deliver high-quality, consistent dishes across all menus
• Assist in menu development for brunch, small plates, and upstairs restaurant offerings
• Maintain organisation, hygiene, and teamwork under pressure

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-standard kitchen
• Strong skills across all sections: meat, fish, sauce
• Creativity, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
