Senior Chef de Partie

• Reporting to the Head Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
• Support and deputise in the Head Chefs absence. This includes placing orders, managing staff and the overall hospitality service.
• Preparing food for dining facilities and hospitality events, alongside managing the food service counter.
• Assisting the Head Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
• Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertaking relevant training as required.

• Relevant culinary qualification.
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
• Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• DBS and security checks required.
