• Pay: £13.06 per hour
• Hours: 22.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 11:15–16:00 (15-minute unpaid break)
• Additional:
  Saturday shifts may apply on a rota basis

  Full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements

** Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**

At Sodexo, we value your individuality and dedication. As a Driver & Stores Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our college catering running smoothly, helping deliver food, supplies, and exceptional service across the campus.

• Drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly, following Sodexo’s driving policies.
• Deliver food supplies and stock to various college locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Accept and check incoming stock, recording any discrepancies.
• Support the Store Manager, hospitality team, Executive Head Chef, and Catering Manager.
• Package orders for delivery and keep accurate stock records.
• Maintain stock safety and security, performing regular stock takes.
• Address and report complaints promptly.
• Occasionally assist with other tasks within your role’s scope.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

• Full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements.
• Experience in stores, warehouse, or kitchen/catering environments.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and physically capable.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Numerate and literate.
