A luxury hotel in a historic setting is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their brigade. This full-time position involves working 48 hours a week within an award-winning hotel after a recent refurbishment. Responsibilities include food preparation, assisting in menu development, and ensuring high-quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in a 3AA Rosette or Michelin star environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
