Supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service, Restaurant Manager

Your mission is to ensure our Ninjas deliver exceptional experiences every single shift. You lead through action — guiding, coaching, and inspiring the team while keeping the venue operating like clockwork. You’ll support the Elite Ninjas (Management Team), uphold our values, and champion a culture built on balance, courage, energy, and flexibility.

This role is 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to flex up in school holidays and busy periods.

• Experience in the leisure or hospitality sector
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a busy venue
• Experience working with children is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of health & food safety
• Confident in leading shifts and delivering guest experience through your team
• Understanding of KPIs and how to deliver them operationally
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay resilient, and lead with energy
• A genuine ambition to deliver a fun customer experience, consistently
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Organised and can manage own time
• Able to learn new skills and information
