Celebrity Cruises seeks a seasoned Chef de Partie to lead and develop kitchen teams aboard a cruise ship. You will supervise all direct reports with the Sous Chef, ensure adherence to recipes, and maintain high culinary standards across sections. Shipboard experience and a culinary degree are preferred.
You will manage production, cost control, and HACCP compliance while coordinating with the culinary leadership and corporate office to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
