The Bristol Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day operations of our waterfront restaurant in Bristol. You will work beside the Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Ideal candidates will have supervisory or management experience in hospitality, a passion for service, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, plus a hands-on, positive approach and flexibility to work
