Loungers plc is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Debrito Lounge. This is a permanent full-time role running a brand-new site, with a 48-hour contract (40-hour option available) and a competitive base salary plus bonus and overtime.
You will recruit and coach the kitchen team, ensure menu specs are followed, and drive KPIs across food quality, wait times and GP while fostering a one-team culture with front-of-house.
