The Cow & Sow is seeking an energetic, passionate Sous Chef to join our farmshop and kitchen team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen, uphold high standards of food preparation, cooking and presentation, and be hands-on in service.
You will mentor junior chefs, manage stock and cost control, develop seasonal menus, and use local produce including from our own farm where possible.
