The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is opening its doors and seeks a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, work with the Head Chef, and ensure dishes showcase fresh ingredients and high standards.
You will manage a team, contribute to menu development, control costs, supervise stock, and uphold cleanliness, while building strong relationships across kitchen, front-of-house and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
