Lympstone Manor is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade at our 5★ luxury resort between Exeter and Exmouth. Previous experience at high rosette or Michelin level is essential; you will work with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus and lead junior members of the team, maintaining the highest standards of service.
