The Lamb in Hindon, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef for a live-in role. You will work with the Head Chef to design menus and lead kitchen staff, delivering high-quality dishes for our pub and boutique hotel guests.
This role offers development through the Head Chef programme, training days, free meals, and a supportive, dog-friendly team culture. Live-in accommodation is provided in a welcoming rural pub setting.
