Fuller’s Chefs' Guild Apprenticeship in the UK offers a hands-on Commis Chef programme ideal for school leavers or career changers. You’ll learn all aspects of food preparation while gaining real kitchen experience in Fuller’s lively venues and paid training.
You study one day per week at college partners and work four days a week, mentored by a Head Chef. The apprenticeship combines top‑tier training with generous benefits and progression opportunities across Fuller’s pubs and hotels.
