This is your shot. We’re on the hunt for a passionate, talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly brigade at Racks Bar & Kitchen .

As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll be joining a supportive and experienced kitchen team where hard work is balanced with good vibes, proper hours and space to grow.

We’re serious about food from the best of British classics, to snacky small plates, to super salads – not forgetting the best Sunday Roasts in Bristol . Your day-to-day will be varied, rewarding, and full of flavour.

Location: Racks Bar & Kitchen , BS8. You’ll find a team that genuinely supports each other - we work hard, but we laugh a lot too

Pay:£31,000 per annum + £3,500 per annum on-target annual bonuses (paid monthly). Based on 45 hours per week, this comes to an on-target annual package of £34,500 (including bonuses)

Hours:Full time, 45 hours per week

Weekly schedule:Your full time hours will be worked over 5 shifts each week on a rota basis (to include evenings and weekends)

Prep, cook, and plate up for our seasonal fine dining menu

Racks Bar & Kitchen has both a 'day to day' trade and holds regular events (private parties, corporate events etc). You’ll take part in cooking for both these types of service

All menu items are prepped from fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Help lead sections and support junior chefs
