Assistant Manager - Pizza Park

We’re hiring an Assistant Manager at Pizza on the Park , Clifton - a lively Bristol favourite known for exquisite, seasonal Italian food and delicious drinks in a unique atmosphere. We've just celebrated our 5-year anniversary, and are proud to have many of the founding team still in-house. Pizza on the Park is the youngest sibling of our four restaurants that make up Quarter - an independent hospitality group based only in Clifton, Bristol!

We’re looking for an engaging, proactive and people-focused Assistant Manager to join our brilliant front of house team. Whether you’re already in a supervisory role or you’re a confident hospitality professional ready for that next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your management career in this fabulous restaurant!

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week

Package: £13.00 per hour, plus £1,200 per annum in on-target bonuses. Based on the contracted hours, this brings the package to £30,420 - £31,620 per annum. You will also receive your share of tips on top of this package.

Shift pattern: 5 shifts per week (including weekends, mix of days and evenings)

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, Front of House Manager your fellow Assistant Manager to make sure every customer has a memorable experience - and that our team feels supported, motivated and inspired.

Your day-to-day will include:

Running the floor as Manager on Duty, creating a welcoming and upbeat energy each shift

Hosting at the door and overseeing the restaurant, managing bookings and table assignments

Leading, motivating and developing a happy, high-performing team
