Retail Supervisor

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

• Supporting. Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in. Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
• Delivering great service. Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are – and coach the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships. Make sure customers leave the branch with everything they need for their job.
• Building a fun working environment. Maintain product availability and high branch standards, ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
• Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience; focus on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.
• A love of teamwork. Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
• A positive attitude. Make sure customers have a great experience while in the branch.
• Reliability. Be there when we need you, be flexible and fun to be around.
• Yourself. Bring your whole self to work and let your true personality shine through.
