In our stores, we like to get to know our customers by taking the time to understand their needs, build a relationship with them and support them on every step of their vaping journey. As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network.

• Deliver great customer service in line with our  Mr Wicked Cares  structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager

• Be professional, enthusiastic and friendly
• Want to be a part of a Company that will support and develop you
• Have experience in achieving sales targets or KPIs
• Have excellent communication skills
• Believe in giving every customer the best service
• Thrive in an environment where you feel valued
• Be comfortable with working independently and working as part of a team
• Be flexible to work across 7 days
• Be over 18
