• Deliver great customer service and help customers, ideally in a retail sales environment
• Demonstrate and explain products and practical aspects of fitting services
• Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs
• Engage in product knowledge and skills training provided
• Learn and apply company training to support career development

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
