As a Sales Assistant you’re the face of our brand on the shop floor – a true brand ambassador. Every day you create moments that make our customers smile and help drive our store’s success.

Your Mission- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every customer
- Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness and stock replenishment
- Operate tills accurately and handle transactions with care
- Support deliveries, stockroom organisation and product availability
- Follow all operational procedures – health & safety, loss prevention
- Keyholder duties (if applicable) – open and close the store securely, cash handling and store security
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet store targets and KPIs
- Stay informed on promotions, products and services to help customers make choices
- Represent the brand positively and passionately
- This role can be physically demanding; you’ll manage stairs and heavy stock with support from teammates
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and flexible to varied shifts
- Comfortable using tills and handling cash
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Keyholders: experience with store opening/closing and basic supervisory responsibilities
Over 18 with training and support you can take on extra responsibility and a higher pay rate.
