Ceremony Of Roses is Sony’s in‑house merchandise team that manages the merch for a host of artists across many genres. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team. With the huge recent growth of direct‑to‑fan sales, we are seeking a person who can coordinate the entire process of running an artist’s online store from start to finish, including product ideas, asset creation, inventory management, P&L, ticket bundles and merch ranges.
What you’ll do:- Set up the official artist store, collaborating with various internal UK/US teams and be the point person for artist management and internal colleagues regarding each store.

- Manage the life cycle of album pre‑orders, bundles, ticket bundles and inventory levels, working closely with CRM/Digital teams and advising best practice on social media assets, digital spend & strategy/execution.
- Ensure the store is appropriately linked.
- Maintain the on‑store merch range by staying on top of trends and initiating exciting new drops.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure stock is ordered/delivered within the expected timeframe.
- Generate pre‑order/sales reports and inventory reports.
- Manage the P&L for each store, using past data to make informed decisions.
- Previous experience in a similar Ecommerce role.
- A passion for creating merch items and seeing the fan excitement when launched.
- Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets & calculators.

- The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
- Opportunity to champion positive change and contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- An excellent range of benefits, including private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus music‑industry perks and winter‑break time off.
