Supervisor – Part Time – Bristol Kingswood

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Join us as a Part‑time Supervisor at our Bristol Kingswood venue, working 30 hours per week with pay £13.53–£14.53 per hour, including a night rate of £14.53 between 23:00 and 06:00.

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closing the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in day‑to‑day activities.
• Inspect and maintain interior/exterior standards and housekeeping.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards on behalf of the Company.
• Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue.
• Assist senior managers to maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure venue cash collections are accurate and timely.
• Ensure all company security procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular checks of floats, keys, etc. and take appropriate action.
• Ensure safety of employees and members of the public.
• Complete daily/weekly administration to required standard.
• Deal with day‑to‑day employee problems.
• Foster a good working environment and promote the company positively.
• Actively manage safeguarding, social responsibility and safety.
• Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind.

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality or comparable industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with leading and mentoring others.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts in a 24‑hour operation.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
