jo .pro is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join the Entain family in England. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
This role requires 17 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with responsibilities including cash handling, maintaining shop standards, and managing customer interactions. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
