Customer Advisor

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Cadbury Garden Centre working 12 hours over 4 days per week, flexing up to 20 hours per week when required. This role will involve working weekends and weekdays on a rota basis. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the heart of our store, providing excellent, tailored service to our customers.

• Help customers look & feel great
• Showcase our "feel great footwear" that feels as great as it looks
• Support the operations of the store
• Organise deliveries
• Be involved in stock movements
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
• Achieve sales targets and find the right products for customers
• Provide excellent service in a fast‑paced, fun environment

• Demonstrate self‑awareness, attention to detail, passion for selling and multi‑tasking skills

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 (18+)
• PaSS training to increase hourly rate to £13.50 (18+)
