Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Bristol store. The role is a part‑time, permanent position of 8 hours per week, starting immediately at 24 Broadmead, Bristol (BS1 3HA
). The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission.

• Approach customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serve customers at the till, processing sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain the shop floor in clean and tidy condition to a high standard.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
