As a Design Sales Assistant in our Bristol Cribbs Causeway showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience—from the moment our customers walk into the showroom. You’ll take time to understand customer needs and guide them through our stunning showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services. If you’re customer‑focused, happy working within a sales environment and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

• You will earn a salary of £26,538.49 - £28,000 (Base £26,538.49, with on‑target earnings of c £28,000)

• Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom
• Inspiring customers as a result of excellent product knowledge
• Book and manage customer appointments
• Support Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey
• Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets

• Are a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Sales driven and happy to contribute to showroom sales targets
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• IT literate with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle customers queries professionally and efficiently
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience
