Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience with us. We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to work in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. Availability across 3-4 days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and weekends.

Shifts run from early starts at 6:00am to late finishes at 8:00pm. Morning shifts are key for setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing.
