No matter your background, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to try something new, Gallagher Launch is here to help you take your first steps into the corporate world.

This 5-day onsite programme is packed with interactive workshops and activities to help you start thinking about your future. You’ll gain:

• Real‑world skills to set you up for success, both personally and professionally.
• A mix of interactive sessions and live workplace exposure, led by experienced professionals across the business.
• Support from the team, including a buddy to guide you, and plenty of opportunities to meet people and build your network.

• Who is it for? This opportunity is ideal for school or college leavers aged
  16 and above
  .
• Duration: 5 days of unpaid work shadowing.
• Dates: Week commencing
  13th July (onsite attendance required).
• What you’ll need: A laptop, electronic device, or phone for note‑taking and CV workshops.
