Responsibilities
  • Work in a high-pressure environment to serve, sell, fill and help drive growth in sales.
  • Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Be flexible to work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands of the retail environment.
  • Take a frontline approach and demonstrate readiness to roll up your sleeves, with opportunities for development.
Qualifications & Requirements

Typical requirements include strong customer service orientation, willingness to work flexible hours as indicated in the Working Pattern, and ability to use digital tools to assist customers.
