Store Supervisor - 32 Hours - Sweaty Betty

We are looking for a responsible, reliable and service‑oriented individual to support the store team in aligning with our values and act as the go‑to leader in the absence of the Store Manager. You should be a role model who remains cool, calm and collected under pressure and can provide product knowledge and operational support.

• Support the management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
