Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

You will foster a culture of trust, coaching and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance. Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager role
- Lead, coach and motivate the team through strong role modelling. Deliver outstanding customer experience and develop team potential. Drive team engagement, wellbeing and performance through regular one on ones and recognition. Set daily KPIs and monthly productivity plans. Manage store operations, stock, and administration effectively. Key requirements of this Store Manager role
- Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail. Ideally having experience in larger or destination shopping locations. A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment. Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention. A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
