Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Store Manager, you will lead a retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a culture of trust, coaching and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance. Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager role
- Lead, coach and motivate the team through strong role modelling. Work with Area Manager to deliver strategy and meet performance targets. Deliver outstanding customer experience and develop team potential. Drive team engagement, wellbeing and performance through regular one on ones and recognition. Set daily KPIs and monthly productivity plans. Manage store operations, stock, and administration effectively. Key requirements of this Store Manager role
- Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail. Ideally having experience in outlets would be a plus A strong commercial, operational and people leadership A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
