The Role As an Optical Assistant, you’ll be supporting the team and creating a brilliant experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing warm, exceptional customer service Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks Supporting a smooth handover to the Optometrist Dispensing spectacles and advising on lens options Helping customers choose frames to suit their needs and style Managing collections and aftercare appointments Fitting, adjusting and repairing spectacles Providing contact lens teaches and ongoing support Completing administrative duties accurately Supporting the wider team with the smooth running of the practice Maintaining the high standards expected within an independent practice What's on Offer?
