We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and customer-focused retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor and helping to create a high-performing, positive store environment. The Assistant Manager Opportunity You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and commercial performance Leading, motivating and developing the team Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence Delivering an outstanding customer experience Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation Maintaining high standards across stock, operations and compliance Using KPIs and commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities Building strong customer relationships and representing the brand What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with:
