We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to join an exciting, well-established fashion and lifestyle store in Bristol. You'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, team development, customer experience and visual standards, with the autonomy to make a real impact. The Store Manager Opportunity As Store Manager, you'll be the face of the brand locally, building strong relationships with loyal customers and new customers to drive engagement, sales and long-term loyalty. You'll lead and develop a high-performing management and sales team, setting clear standards and creating a culture where exceptional customer service and commercial performance go hand in hand.
