Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities- Own the top‑of‑funnel full sales cycle process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
- Engage with solution providers across the globe at the forefront of cutting‑edge innovation and new technology
- Partner with SVP and C‑suite executives, work strategically with customers to position them and their advanced solutions in front of key decision makers from the largest enterprises in Europe and North America
- Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Speak with decision makers about their strategic commercial objectives and communicate our capability to directly match their solutions to enterprise projects
- Develop a continuous sales pipeline by researching the multiple layers of your market to identify prospect organisations
- Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long‑term engagement with GDS Group
- Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect / client
- Highly motivated sales professional with passion and dedication to achieve results
- Well‑educated to degree level
- Positive attitude and strong coachability
- 2+ years in SDR or strong outbound sales role
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, to converse with senior‑level decision makers on a daily basis
- Strong work ethic to excel in outbound multi‑channel prospecting (circa 100 calls / 30 emails / Linked In per day)
- Able to excel in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mind with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously develop
- Process‑driven and follows best practice to achieve success
