We are seeking ambitious and customer‑orientated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Account Manager, specialising in the delivery of first‑class recruitment services to our customers.

About the role
  • £24,000-£26,000 per annum + quarterly bonus! (OTE: £30,000-£32,000)
  • 35 Hours per week! 07:15 - 16:15 during term‑time. Flexible working pattern (4 hours per day) on a shift basis between 09:00-17:00 during school holidays.
  • NO COLD‑CALLING
  • Working across large‑scale accounts providing exceptional customer service and developing long‑lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment is not essential as we provide Industry‑leading training and development as part of this role.

What you will need to succeed
  • A proactive and 'can‑do' attitude!
  • Ideally previous experience within a customer orientated role - demonstrating your passion to deliver excellent services and to build long‑lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
