Learn more at Biosurgery Sales Specialist is critical to the growth of our J&J Med Tech Biosurgery (Adjunctive Hemostat) portfolio within key surgical centres in South West. Accounts covered include but not limited to Bristol, Bath, Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business through flawless account planning, sales execution and collaboration with the wider Johnson and Johnson Med Tech family.

What

to Expect

You will have responsibility for the sales growth within key centres in the South West area. Through strong sales leadership you will ensure the annual sales business plan is met. This will be achieved specifically by:

  • Building an in depth understanding of the market dynamics within the key accounts and adapting the strategy to maximize the sales opportunities within Biosurgery.
  • Leading the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies while maintaining key customers and core business.
  • Leading and developing accounts and being responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.
  • Driving internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across the wider Johnson and Johnson Med Tech family while developing key customer relationships and building advocacy for the J&J Med Tech Surgery portfolio.
  • Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies in the Biosurgery (Adjunctive Hemostat) market.
Who Will You Be Working With

Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager for Wound Closure Biosurgery you will work closely with the:

  • Wound Closure & Biosurgery sales team
  • Commercial Business Managers & Strategic Partnership Manager
  • Commercial Excellence team
Who Are We Looking For
  • Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the wider surgical environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of both the NHS & Private sector markets across multidiscipline surgical areas.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders both internally and externally to drive plans and strategies forward.
  • Effective communicator presenting aims and objectives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Influencing and business partnering skills, understanding stakeholder requirements, ability to analyse requirements and develop strategies that drive the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions.
