Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 Saturday 10 am – 4 pm)
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum + commission
Travel/Car Allowance: £2,500 or £5,000 per annum
Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand buying and selling needs
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information
- Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible deal
- Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion
- Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Valid driving licence – essential for property viewings
- Minimum 12 months residential sales/lettings experience
- Results‑oriented, strong work ethic and team player
