Account Executive

We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to join a market-leading brand at the intersection of fashion, sport, and digital culture.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will focus on the middle and bottom of the sales funnel. You will be responsible for nurturing leads, presenting creative solutions, and negotiating contracts that align with both brand goals and partner needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for prospective and existing partners, building trust and serving as a consultative advisor.
  • Deal Closing: Lead the sales process from discovery to closing, including presenting solutions and negotiating contract terms.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize value.
  • Campaign

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing and Publishing teams to ensure partner activations are seamless and successful.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in youth culture, digital media, and sport to provide informed recommendations to partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales-focused or account executive role (ideally within EdTech, Media, or Lifestyle brands).
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and experience navigating complex, solution-based sales cycles.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present high-level ideas persuasively.
  • Resilience: A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools to track performance.
  • Cultural Fit: A genuine passion for digital trends, sport, and fashion.
