What’s On Offer To You
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience).
- Basic salary: £20,000-£22,000 per year
- On Target Earnings: £30,000 per year
- Quarterly bonuses: 65% of pipeline – £250; 75% – £500; 85% – £750
- Register client details
- Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
Mortgage advisers/lenders, solicitors, buyers, vendor, surveyors, other key parts to the process - Gather required documents to complete the sale:
Identification, mortgage agreement, required insurance policies - Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role, ideally experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge & skills
- Passionate about haart, our values and processes
- A hunger to earn, a drive to work hard and reap rewards from dedication
- Pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases simultaneously and effectively communicate & update key stakeholders to ensure smooth completion
- Receive dedicated training and coaching for ongoing development

- Engaging with people from all walks of life and establishing their needs/wants through email, phone & face‑to‑face
- Spinning plates, mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities & tasks

- Believing in yourself and your abilities, not afraid to show them
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
