What’s On Offer To You

Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience).

• Basic salary: £20,000-£22,000 per year
• On Target Earnings: £30,000 per year
• Quarterly bonuses: 65% of pipeline – £250; 75% – £500; 85% – £750

• Register client details
• Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
  Mortgage advisers/lenders, solicitors, buyers, vendor, surveyors, other key parts to the process
• Gather required documents to complete the sale:
  Identification, mortgage agreement, required insurance policies
• Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion

• Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role, ideally experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge & skills
• Passionate about haart, our values and processes
• A hunger to earn, a drive to work hard and reap rewards from dedication

• Pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases simultaneously and effectively communicate & update key stakeholders to ensure smooth completion
• Receive dedicated training and coaching for ongoing development
• Build your career, gaining experience and knowledge to progress to the next level

• Engaging with people from all walks of life and establishing their needs/wants through email, phone & face‑to‑face
• Spinning plates, mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities & tasks
• Being a team player and wanting to do an excellent job for the team and customers
• Believing in yourself and your abilities, not afraid to show them

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of right to work:
  Passport or Birth Certificate
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance
