Sales Executive - Advertising

Location:

Bristol (Office-based, hybrid after 3 months)
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission

Hours:

9:00am - 4:30pm (35-hour week)

The Role

You'll be selling advertising space across print, digital and exhibitions within the Print sector.

80% account management - nurturing and growing established accounts

20% new business development

Office-based with client travel as needed

Hybrid working available after probation

This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term relationships with key clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and growing existing client accounts

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Selling multi-channel advertising solutions

Handling objections confidently and closing deals

Working in a high-energy, supportive sales environment

Full training is provided - attitude and drive matter more than ad sales experience.
